Questions
Short answers to what merchants ask first.
Are you a payment provider?
No. Meridex is the software layer between your platform and the licensed providers. They process and settle the payments.
Do you hold our funds?
No. Funds go from the provider to your merchant account.
Who signs what?
You sign the merchant agreement with the provider and complete its checks. You sign a separate service agreement with us.
Which businesses can you work with?
Businesses holding the licence their sector requires, in each country they operate. Gaming and betting operators are among them. We do not work with unlicensed businesses.
Which countries and methods are available?
That depends on provider approval. We confirm it for your licence and markets before onboarding.
How long does it take?
It depends on your platform and on the provider. We agree a timeline after the first conversation.
